Activity oriented subjects like Music; Arts & Crafts make the curriculum integrated and holistic so that educational experience is not confined to books alone. Participation in these extra-curricular activities gives the students opportunities for expressing their talents and creativity.
To nurture and bring out the inner talents Drawing & making Paintings with one’s own hand is a perfect way. Aadarsh Gurukul Academy organizes Art and Craft activity for the students on weekly basis and ensures that all the students right from class Nursery to VIII should get opportunity to express their ability on canvas. School organizes Drawing, Art & crafts competition time to time for different levels to make the students competent in the filed of drawing and Painting. Students of primary classes also get encouragement when their handwork, drawing and paintings are kept in demonstration on various occasions.
Another form of convey your feeling with Vibrating energy is music. Students have a music period once a week and in addition to that, the interested and deserving students are provided further training by our music teacher, during their activity period.
Science Labs
Aadarsh Gurukul Academy has fully equipped labs for Physics, Chemistry and Biology. “Learning by doing” helps the students in reviewing and reinforcing scientific concepts and developing investigatory skills.
Physics Lab
Physics lab of AGA is well equipped with all the instruments and gadgets which help the students learn the concepts of Physics I a simplified manner and thus making the subject more interesting to learn. The lab. Is spacious and well ventilated. It is well equipped with sophisticated Physical instruments. Sufficient material to be used as teaching aids like charts, models etc.
Biology Lab
The lab is well equipped with different models of the various systems of the body like the human skeleton, heart, eye etc. Simple compound microscope, dissecting microscope are available which is used extensively by the school teachers to show historical features of plants and animal tissues along with the whole mount of various microscopic plant and animals to a group of 10-12 students at given point of time thereby saving a lot of time. There are number of charts on Physiology and Anatomy available which is used by the teachers as a very valuable and effective teaching aids. Chemistry Lab
The lab is equipped with all the instruments and chemicals which enable the concept building of the students in the field of Chemistry. The Lab is very spacious and well ventilated. Chemistry lab is well stocked with sufficient quantity of chemicals and glass apparatus. Teaching aids like Charts and model sets are available to meet teaching requirements. The lab is fully equipped to restrict any lab accident.
Computer Lab
Aadarsh Gurukul Academy aims at training and preparing the students future challenges. In view of the fast changing socio-cultural context and the growing need for integrating technology, we here offer an intensive computer initiation and training to the learners. In AGA Computer science is taught as a subject right from 1st onwards up to class 11th. The students of the higher classes are taught various software modules on different networks and different Operating systems.
